Everyone there is just wonderful . These people are changing my life. Joni my counselor is the most personable , kind , knowledgeable counselor I've ever been to . All the girls, from the secretary Lisa in the front to chelsey and all the girls in theback. Kind ,considerate. All that matters to them is patients well being. And Dr. Ike the only word I can think of is fantastic . Uses the latest technologies ,writes books. Gives affirmations to all the patients. He is just so knowledgeable about the latest treatments. No arrogance from him right down into whatever problem a patient brings to him.kindness, for me that meant so much. He understood and knew exactly the course to take with me. I completed counseling through TASC as part of a court requirement, and overall it was a positive experience. The intake assessment was a little challenging due to a personality mismatch, but it was handled professionally. After that, I worked with Bobby as my counselor, and he was great, easy to talk to, respectful, and made the process straightforward. Even though the reason for my referral wasn’t entirely clear, he stayed focused and helped me get through everything smoothly. Also, the person handling sign-in is awesome, friendly, efficient, and sets a positive tone right away. Overall, the experience was well run and I appreciate how smoothly everything was handled.
