I am very frustrated with the set up and conditions...First time there I was almost late taking a client, went to every entrance I found to be told to go through the side road that Clearly States Private Property No Thru Traffic thst means DO NOT GO THERE but That is where the entrance is...tge Sugn Needs To Read ENTRANCE WITH AN ARROW! I'm not a client but after the stress of going to the wrong (old) location,speeding through town on the phone with letting them know we're on our way to NOT CANCEL, as the client severely mentally stressed needed services, That Stupid Sign didn't help , I need counseling now just ti deal with that scenario that had me upset all mf day...stupid.....now I'm chewing on a second appt rescheduled by ORLINDA cause we were allegedly 10min late & we sat in the waiting room over 40min for them to notify us of this🤬I drove an hour to pick up client & get her there in 60moh winds tgst I had to load & unload a wheelchair in the back of my truck, balance her extreme weight to get her inside, wait on getting to another window & wait in line before they acknowledge her existence there that hurry & wait game cost us that 10min tardy just to be told you should've been 15min early, appt was 2:40 we were there at that time I asked what is late time frame? Isn't it 15min???? They said it's up to the worker...so that whole two hrs i struggled to ensure this individual doesn't end up in the Pavillion again, we were rejected & scheduled another 2mo out...I'm going to be fired up for a week. this is causing me mental issues..i feel that is abuse of authority, a few min accommodations could've been made for this individual the severely needed help....how many other people are being affected on a negative experience and they have no one to tell, because that's what they're supposed to BE THERE FOR
