My child had an excellent experience here. We sent our kiddo five states away to be in this program after extensively interviewing other programs on the east half of the nation. They did wonders for our kid. Do not hesitate to send your child here. The therapy was tremendous and nutritional education and learning to plate and make decisions about food really helped. My kid still misses and talks about res. I think that says a lot! Thank you CFD! ❤️

Be extremely careful about what you share! Do Not tell them Anything that you don’t want your employer to hear! I’ve always had trust issues and they have guaranteed that I will Never make the mistake of trusting therapy again.

My foster sons were seen at the Plano clinic on 4/27/26. This clinic only provides a school note at the end of the visit. I need a simple "Standard visit summary" for foster care records. A few days later I drove back to the clinic and requested the visit summary. I received nothing but the run around, road blocks at every turn from this clinic. I was told to contact medical records I signed the release. I was told it will take 10-14 days and there will be a fee! Fee is not waived for foster care. When you call medical records no one answers. I left 2 voice mail messages still no records. This clinic is unprofessional and difficult to deal with. Don't waste your time at this clinic!!! The on line response that I received following my post is for me to call the clinic. How is that helpful when you folks don't answer the phone? I already requested visit summaries twice. If you people truly want to resolve the issue and provide the visit summary you wouldn't instruct me to call again when you people don't answer phones nor return phone calls. Train staff to provide visit summaries at the end of each visit and stop the rude unaccommodating behavior!!!!
