My name is Robert Reyna, I am with the business development team at Austin Oaks hospital. Today I had the pleasure of meeting with Austin Crowe, the Admissions Specialist for a tour of their beautiful campus. Lots of open space for nice walks and activities for the men to enjoy. The facilities were very well kept and clean and I definitely had a warm welcoming feeling while on the tour. I was fortunate enough to meet some of the staff as well, and was greeted with smiles and kind words from them all. All the men in the house looked to be in really great spirits, and thankful to be in their care. With out a doubt, I would feel very confident referring a friend or loved one to Alta Loma, knowing they would be in great hands with the wonderful staff as they continue their journey toward a promising future. Thanks again to Austin for your hospitality, and I look forward to working with you in the future, as we do our part in helping others to live the life they all deserve.

This facility and any like it should be closed. This should be illegal to hold people against their will who are not diagnosed or medicated with any mental Illness. . 4 months ago my family member was unfortunately transferred to this facility unknown to us or him, we thought he was going to an emergency room since I called 911 for a medical emergency. Instead, He was held against his will for a week. He was transferred immediately from this facility to an actually emergency room because he was having a medical emergency. Apparently since police had believed it was not a medical emergency, at the initial call they discriminated against him and assumed since he is a veteran, it must be mental health. He was treated at the emergency room, then brought back to that facility. The next day he was continuing to experience the medical emergency since that facility is not
