Trying to get through the phone lines to talk with a patient is a nightmare. The staff leave you on hold for literally 20 minutes just to answer and hang up without saying a single thing. The staff had also somehow lost all my family members items before she could even receive them, claiming they weren't sure where they could've gone. She had to wear the paper thin gowns in the cold weather during her entire stay. When I called to ask about it, every staff member just gave me the run around. When I threatened to make a complaint and incident report, somehow they miraculously found them. I'm only giving two stars for the kind night nurses that were attentive to my family member during her stay.

I am extremely grateful and excited that I was able to receive a referral for services at Cohen Clinic Express. From the very beginning, the experience has been positive, welcoming, and professional. I want to specifically recognize the Intake Coordinator, Seiko Wazlavek, who was outstanding. She was kind, attentive, and made the intake process smooth and stress-free. Her professionalism and genuine care immediately put me at ease. I would also like to acknowledge Assistant Clinical Director Aileen Serrano. My spouse and I had a truly great experience with her during our marriage counseling sessions. She created a supportive, respectful, and safe environment that allowed us to communicate openly and work through important challenges together. Her guidance was thoughtful, compassionate, and impactful. Overall, Cohen Clinic Express exceeded my expectations, and I am very thankful for the care, support, and professionalism shown by their team. I highly recommend their services to anyone seeking quality behavioral health care.
