Mental Health Providers in Lubbock, Texas

Kind and helpful staff. Only thing that really sucks is how loaded their schedule is!! Really enjoy working with this provider and office. They are helpful and I particularly like being a woman with so many other woman staff in the field. I feel very comfortable here. A little tricky to find, but not their fault! Hoping the cancelation list comes through for me!

Although I was properly cared for as far as being watched... they don't have classes during the day like coping skills or just activities.. snacks could be more then just 2,drinks should be unlimited unless I got that part wrong.. the elders need to get more snacks and those boost drinks. Just tv...cards & coloring will drive a person mad after 3days.. more activities more involvement with the patients. SNACKS NEED TO BE UNLIMITED TOO! There was so many of us in there starving in between meals just because we was bored. Maybe do paper sacks with fruits and sandwiches and graham crackers and pretzels and figs if the unlimited snacks isn't an option. That way nobody sneaking food from the cafeteria! Lol 1 star only because I was also given a toothbrush that was used and that was gross. Nurses nothing against yall .. bless you for putting up with patients like myself lol...

So far they have been very helpful. Everyone has been really kind, respectful and caring.
