Where to begin with this review! The people at this location and the Aberdeen locations are very rude and disrespectful and have no regard for people's mental health or their health worries. I had stated for months that I needed to be put back on my antidepressant and they completely disregarded it. Not to mention they were blaming me for their incompetence of reminding me of the appointments that I needed to have via text message which is what I asked for, they've blamed me for being a no show on zoom when I clearly was there and zoom was messing up and I called to explain that to them, and they completely blamed me for not complying when I have been. They also have not been giving updates to DSHS in regards to my ABD so that I may keep my benefits to try to get on social security. When speaking on the phone today with the main head of this branch, they lied to me they targeted me and treated me as if I was no lower than dirt. I have switched to a better company that I feel will fulfill my needs, and I will not be recommending this place or the Aberdeen branch to anyone because of the malpractice being shown and the incompetence of people who are being immature and not understanding a person's mental health and thinking they know what's best for them when they clearly don't. I made mention that I had had a suicidal episode and they completely disregarded that and said oh you're fine we're not going to put you back on your meds because it may affect your bipolar in a negative way when I was with them in the past and I was taking it and was just fine these people have no right working in mental health in my opinion if they're going to disregard a person's concerns for their well-being I'm also tired of them lying to me and pretending like they care when they really don't in all honesty if I could rate this review is zero I would give it my advice to anyone adult child or whoever needs mental health help go elsewhere as this place is a joke and a laughing stock

I am truly grateful for the love and support I received from New Directions. The things I've learned and the tools I gained are absolutely priceless. Krystal, Josh, Kaleb, Aunicka and the rest of the staff are the most loving people and truly care. Thank you New Directions from the bottom of my heart
