Mental Health Providers in Centralia, Washington

I went into core health Centralia and filled out the stack of papers for my daughter to get an intake appointment. After doing so they called me and scheduled her intake appointment. The appointment has been canceled twice over the last almost two months a few days before the appointment each time. They said the intake person is out of the office. Fast forward to today 2/13/2025 my daughters intake appointment which I was told was a phone appointment. (I specifically asked when they rescheduled her as I thought a phone appointment was odd and she confirmed yes phone appointment) Well I get a call five minutes after the appointment time asking if I was having trouble logging in. I explained that I was told phone appointment and never received a log in. This intake lady said it was sent the same day and I checked again and no email. I was told we can reschedule and that she was actually a supervisor and would be addressing what I was telling her so it doesn’t happen again. She also said she had been out the last two weeks with the flu and she is the only one who does intakes. It’s been almost two months not two weeks they have been canceling on us. I will add that she was very short and cut me off every-time I spoke. Her customer service skills were poor at best and It was very rude. We have decided to take our services elsewhere. This place has been a huge waste of our time and my child could have been seen elsewhere by now. I do not recommend Core heath as I feel they lack care and importance for one’s mental health. This office is a mess.

Generally a good place. It's difficult to find a psychologist that speaks clear English, but outside of this, they have been great help.
