The front desk receptionists are pretty rude and uninviting. Some of the staff laughed at me because I got the appointment date wrong, I'm sorry that I have mental health issues and I'm struggling, but yeah keep laughing.

Worst experience ever. Absolutely disgusting. Treated me like I was stupid, assigned me a Chinese lady for a therapist who barely spoke fluent English. How do you expect people to want to willingly get help for themselves if you assign a councilor that I can’t even understand? Lobby has a strong smell of marjuanna. Lady at the front desk seems so

My son was hospitalized for a month at Fairfax. He did really well, was treated with respect and kindness and appreciated how the staff encouraged him to try and do the best he can. He ended up drawing a lot, that allowed him to find a positive, peaceful outlet as he was healing.
