Giving 3 stars because I received pretty good care except mixing psych and detox patients didn’t go very well, some of the nurses are very rude and openly talk shit about patients. Yes, we can hear you from our rooms. Some very negligent and rude front desk staff as well. I get it, the job is difficult but maybe save it for when you aren’t 10ft away from a patients door.

My counselor wouldn't listen to me about anything and when she did here me get upset it was my addict thinking. I needed to graduate on a certan date so I had a ride home and to get iop set up and cause it was inconvenient it was a no. When I was trying to coordinate a ride home she came out yelling. I wish I could say I had a good experience. No cigarette breaks. You were allowed a nicotine lossenges every couple hours no more and no less; and they had to be prescribed and controlled. We always had to be on time but the program didn't. Didn't get to keep in good touch with my wife for DHS; and Instead of doing anything about people ruining things they just took it away. windows bolted shut. Recycled air. Rarely went outside. That's all I'm gonna say. Thank you.

It's nice that they accept state insurance; but that's about it.
