Everyone I've ever interacted with at Sea Mar has been nothing but friendly, helping, and patient, especially my partners therapist and the doctor's assistant. I really appreciate all their help and kindness through some personally trying times.

This place has produced nothing short of a miracle in my life. The staff is soooooo kind and caring and non-judgmental. They genuinely care about you and what’s going on in your life. I love that they allow to choose your own pace on your road to recovery. It’s not just a ‘one size fits all’ kind of program. They really cater to your needs and have been super flexible when scheduling my appts. Can’t say enough good stuff about the staff here. They feel like family at this point.

On 03/21, between 11 - 3:30 pm, I called and tried to reschedule Ms. Danni's appot since I cancelled on the My chat due to the fact that I got the fle from my friend; I stayed her home for 2 weeks. I do not hear well the Multicare scheduler, her name Anglia/others becasue sometimes I've had poor hearing. She was extremely abusive, had a mind of communism, and she hung up on me unprofessionally 3/4 times on 03/21 even though I was asking about the possible date, which is the converstaion on the phone has not finished yet. I thought she did not have the high-shool education due to the lack of her basic manners and unprofessional phone conversation. In addtion, I asked her I had to get on 03/28 or 03/31 instead of 03/27; however, she did not listen my needs, Multicare scheduler, she FORCED me to have Ms. Danny's schedule 03/27, at 10 am; however, I told her that I had some phone issues, so I had to repair my phone before the virtual meeting. However, she did not listen becasue she was very agitated on the phone, and she just hung up on my calls, she had no Active-Listening skills. While Multicare worker's agitation, she could not listen well what patients' needs are for the scheduling. I believe that the Mulitcare has security cameras and monitoring system, you can know her unprofessional communiation with me. I never this experience before in my life.
