Made an appointment for therapy. They say expect a text. No text until the day after and 19 minutes past the appointment time. I called for help not stress. The receptionist said it was the system failing. I literally told the lady my life is falling apart over technology and this happens! There are no people in office here either. People that are too lazy to come to work or too agoraphobic to leave the house don’t need to mess my life up. And I don’t need more technology frustration or my schedule being disrupted because YOU can’t make the appointment and fail to inform me 24 hours in advance! No confidence in your ability to do your part as agreed upon. Going somewhere else… why I chose to come back after the last time the psych talked me into Ritalin and I ended up in Prescott psych ward for a suicide attempt after fighting 4 policemen… I’ll never understand. Wendy called me and assured me I could have two in person appointments. I told her the receptionist said I would come and be on a computer. She said well yeah you will be on the computer. That’s not in person.
