Update 10.15.24: They called me an hour before my appointment to collect my coinsurance. My appointment came and went with no link and no call from the provider. This is the second appointment my provider has been late to/missed. Very unprofessional that they can collect my money, but not make the appointment on time. I have to set aside my time and work out logistics, and dealing with my anxiety, this level of uncertainty does not help my situation.
