Absolutely terrible, if your child is placed with a therapist that doesn't have a direct phone number you have to go through the rigamarole of calling the front desk just to be transferred to voicemail with no reply. If you address this with the clinician they are known to get rude with you, and I'm not just talking about being spoken to directly. If the home is split the clinicians here can be dirty enough to just say the parent was being hostile regardless of how respectful you were or not. Completely unprofessional, RECORD EVERYTHING. Everyone I have spoken to has also had bad experiences with this place. Very biased and selective people, regardless of how nice you are they act as if you work for them.
