Mental Health Providers in Lakewood, Colorado

For the past 6 years Trumpet Behavioral Center has been our provider for my son's services. He was diagnosed with Autism since he was 3 and receive ABA Therapy since then. During the pandemic they continue with services and so my son never missed much time. Throughout the years we have had amazing EXTRAORDINARY humans helping with my son's needs and providing wonderful services. We will forever be grateful of this great provider.

I've loved the two providers that I've seen at Serenity and all the staff is great (shout out Dr. Froehlich!)

Never dealt with a billing dept that was such a nightmare. A charge shows up for a no show because the link sent via email for the appt was bad ( did not work). Our son called the center about this problem, they could not fix it. I was there. It is their fault yet they billed $100 for no show. I sent money every two weeks to pay that ASAP, name and account number clearly posted. He thought that settled it, nope!. He kept getting vague statements showing $100 balance, calls and correspondence are not returned for accountability of those payments. He gave up. Finally got a statement months later showing some of the four payments for the $100 but not all. Sent another payment with more money for the balance with correspondence which was also ignored. That payment still has not been processed 2 months later. Are they throwing our payments in the garbage can? His name and account is clearly posted.
