Mental Health Providers in Craig, Colorado

I showed up early to my appointment that was scheduled weeks before just to be told that the doctor wasn't actually there and they were rescheduling her appointments. Unless the doctor called out that day before I got there, this was incredibly unprofessional. I made it all the way there just to be rescheduled when they have both my number and my email address and could have informed me sooner. Luckily UC Health is right down the way! They got me in earlier than my rescheduled appointment and the front desk staff were much less miserable! The only reason I went to Northwest in the first place was because of the savings programs, which I'm not poor enough to qualify for anyway. From staff to service, highly disappointing.

Yeah, I went here as a kid after an OD. Anyway, they gave me a therapist which turned out to be somebody I knew. It was extremely counterproductive and unfathomably not professional. Did not help me in the slightest bit. My therapist was also not great and forced me to say things that didn’t apply, basically, and felt like they weren’t really interested in my feelings. Some sessions they didn’t even show up to, and I had to do zoom.

They gave me a phone to be able to use but never contacted me back. I’ve had my service turned off so I can’t call them and I’ve been waiting for a call since April for them to tell me I was put on my Medicaid. I couldn’t call or go to therapy until I was confirmed on their list to have Medicaid or it would be 100$ A session. I have not heard anything back from them :(
