If you guys don't allow patients to be more than 10 minutes late without having to reschedule, I feel it's only right to hold the doctors that work here to the same standard. My time is just as valuable as theirs and I also have a schedule to maintain. I missed work for an appointment I didn't keep because I shouldn't have to wait for more than 10 minutes passed my appointment time. UNACCEPTABLE!!
