I swear they purposely pick the rudest receptionist to work there. How are you as a company helping mental health when you don’t keep clients appointments because the receptionist called to schedule a earlier appointment. But the receptionist can’t seem to schedule the new earlier appointment. Making you lose your appointment for that week completely and now you have a appointment a month later. But no it wasn’t their fault somehow it’s yours. It’s very disappointing. I really question how truly they are helping mental health in the community. When they cause nothing but frustrating services that are truly disappointing.
