After scheduling 2 weeks in advance, they made sure I knew the financial requirements because I was paying out of pocket but that was it. After driving an hour to this facility, she informs me they need a letter from his dad to see him. I asked why this was never said before. She tells me, I don’t know, I didn’t schedule you.
