I am writing this review in hopes that it prevents anyone else from experiencing the negligence and a complete lack of professionalism that I have experienced in my 8 months under Dr. Jaziri's care.

This practice, the staff, and specifically Aprn Hu have zero ethics and morals. I was referred here. I had my initial intake and scheduled my next appointment for one month later. I’ve called the office numerous times and spoke with the front desk as well as her receptionist and nothing has been documented My intake visit 90% of my conversation was not documented. A day prior to my follow up appointment I was told I was no longer a patient and my visit was canceled and nobody from the office ever reached out to me to tell me so. The day before my follow up, I started calling the office, demanding an explanation as to why this was occurring and nobody will return my phone calls. I called every day up until that Monday so four days of calls with no callbacks and my medication was supposed to be refilled, which was not. finally, when I get to speak to her receptionist, I am told that they document all calls and they insisted they had conversations with me. They never had and refused to refill any of my medication‘s, That should not be abruptly stopped. I strongly encourage anybody to stay far away from this practice, especially nurse practitioner hu. A practice is supposed to give you a 30 day supply upon discharge which they said they did not ! They stated they did not have to do because they insisted they had a conversation with me the previous month that I will no longer be seen which was not the case. I will be making a very strong complaint to the board.
