Spoke to Anthony and was very disappointed in the service. Spent 45 minutes explaining to him the symptoms/episodes my brother has been experiencing and how it has impacted my family. Had to wake up early to have a follow up call with him as well and had requested him to speak with my brother and entice him or help him understand that there is help available. All Anthony did was call my brother to give him the help hotline number. Call lasted no more than 2 minutes. I could have googled the help hotline number. Very disappointed in this service as it was not helpful what so ever.
