I was here as a client in 2020 and I had a pretty positive experience. The staff were professional and caring and many of the groups were interesting. Some staff went above and beyond to help me and I still remember them. My individual therapist was especially wonderful. It’s difficult to find programs that are professional while also being warm and welcoming, but this program was exactly that. There is a lot of structure which can feel strict and limiting, but sometimes that’s what is needed to heal. I would recommend this place above anywhere else I’ve received treatment.

I went to the restidential location in bethlemhem, CT and I stayed there for 97 days. Long story short, abusive and full of lies. My hope in posting this to prevent anyone from either supporting them or giving yourself to newport healthcare. Please be careful. Thank you.
