This place is the biggest scam ever! If I could have I would have given it no stars! Felicia Naduku, and an ex employee Dr. Karlson kept me going there for almost twenty years saying I was Bi-Polar. I spent 7 of those 20 in out of institutions under their commitment powers. I now without any assistance or hindrance from the helping profession that help$ themselves have been medication and problem free for over 3 years now. With no explanation as to how this is possible. In fact the entire field of psychiatry can't explain it. Stay Away! You have been warned!

If I could rate them zero stars, I would. They used to be great, but since they were bought out by Yale-New Haven they've become a nightmare. My kids were going to them for ADHD care for years, and Optimus suddenly decided to stop all pediatric care. I guess it just isn't profitable enough for their new owners. They fired all the therapists this summer, got rid of the psychiatrist and then finally let the replacement nurse practitioner/prescriber go. I only found out when I called to make an appointment. They do not give a $#@& about their patients at all. Do not seek treatment here. You will end up abandoned when you most need them.

I did a personal intake for counseling/therapy and to track my sobriety progress in September 2025. I wasn’t seen until the end of October 2025. My new “counselor”, Jewell Smith, put in no effort to make the initial appointment until I came in person. After that initial appointment, every week was another excuse/ disappointment. (Week 2) We scheduled to meet on Friday, she called me Thursday say she wasn’t going to be there. (Week 3) The following week, I was running 10 minutes late and called in about it, she said I can still come in. When I got there, Liberation Programs lockdown and closed an hour early. (Week 4) It’s the end of November and I haven’t had proper counseling. I asked Jewell Smith to change the schedule for once a month visits or ending services because clearly it wasn’t working out between us, her and supervisor denied my request, scheduling therapy twice a week. (Week 6) It’s December and I’ve moved out the state. Jewell Smith checked up on me, giving insight on my drug tests and we talked about my future plans. (Week 7) She took a vacation. (Week 9) She called for another checkup on Christmas Eve and emails me outpatient treatment providers. (Week 10) I asked for a discharge letter so I can seek therapy/counseling and treatment in NY. She said she will get back to me on Friday, January 2nd, 2026 after speaking with her supervisor. What a way to end the year…
