Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this practice. I originally had a wonderful provider here—my NP truly listened and supported me. Sadly, they left due to the company prioritizing policy over patient care, and I chose to leave as well. The new MD wanted to completely overhaul my treatment plan, not because it wasn’t working, but because it didn’t align with "company standards." Subsequent providers I saw were dismissive, condescending, and made me feel judged rather than supported. I’ve since switched to MindPath, where I’ve finally found compassionate, understanding care. I wish this practice had maintained the same patient-first values it once did.
