The therapists and staff at Journey Pure are amazing. I am so grateful for this program. It has been a life changing experience working with these professionals and the other clients. Group settings are great. Everyone is so compassionate, caring and supportive of each other. If you’re struggling with addiction this Journey Pure will welcome you with open arms and give you the support and knowledge you need in early recovery. I highly recommend this program if you’re looking to take that first step into sobriety.

I'm fine with everyone , EXCEPT the receptionist, or the first person you talk to when you enter. This lady, is not only unprofessional, but rude and really doesn't want to help you, well that was my experience, she's an older Hispanic woman with glasses. I will make it a point to either have her trained or replaced.

I have been using coastal for over 3 months through VA community care. Around the beginning of February they asked me to put a credit card on file which is a big no no for veterans getting their care paid for via community care. Friday 3/14 I had to cancel an appointment because I was sick and I lost my voice (they canceled the prior appointment on me). I messaged them and let them know I couldn’t talk. Whoever the male office personnel is called me 3 times expecting me to talk and respond after I told them twice I couldn’t talk. After the third time he called telling me I needed to log on anyway, he got a huge attitude, told me I will no longer get anymore appointments if I don’t put a credit card on file. Not to mention every single appointment I had was cut short. My last appointment was 23 minutes before my therapist cut me short. I’m now in the process of reporting this to our VA patient advocate (probably won’t hurt to throw their business name to BBB as well). Veterans or civilians, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. They’re about and only about the money. They don’t care about your mental health.
