Mental Health Providers in Port Orange, Florida

I have been treated by this office for about 4 years. I have NEVER called to ask to have one of my controlled substances refilled and I called today after filing a police report on 03/19/2025 as told to do so by the office staff. When I called to confirm that they received the police report I faxed over I spoke to the Office Manager Rosalyn, she asked if I could bring down the pills that I have on my nightstand that I accidentally spilt water into that became complete mush. I am not able to take an hour and a half off to take them the ramekin dish I had the pills in. Rosalyn is the type of person that makes me wish that when I tried to kill myself that I was successful and that someone didn't find me and call authorities. She was soooo mean and felt it necessary to call me careless, stupid and actually said I spelled my last name to her incorrectly because she is not capable of making mistakes. I could understand the office staff's concerns if this was a habit but it is not and no matter what how she treated me from the very beginning of the call is no way to handle anyone let alone patients with mental health issues. I plan to report this to the Florida Health Medical Quality Assurance. Be aware of how Rosalyn treats the patients.
