Most unprofessional ‘care’ I have received. Dr. Ibrahim knows next to nothing about the medications she’s managing and when you try to advocate for yourself they either ignore your concerns or treat you like a child and attempt to scold you. Patronizing and condescending messages. No regard for your schedule or store hours when requesting refills. Would rather treat existing pathology by adding more based on a leading interview with a half baked conclusion already decided. When I did request a transfer of care they tried to set me up with someone with even worse reviews and if I read correctly was under investigation for some professional misdeeds.

I have been going to Dr. Pandian for about 3 years and the experience has been extremely consistent. He elaborates his thoughts and ideas very well to ensure that you understand exactly what he is saying or planning. You can tell how much he cares about not only this field, but also his patients. I personally have never had an issue with the front desk and have only had very friendly/genuine encounters. Keep up the phenomenal work.

I had an amazing surgery experience today at this hospital. Zach (the nurse) was very caring and helpful, he guided me through everything and did his best to make sure I went into the surgery room feeling as stress-free as possible, which meant a lot to me. The entire team was very friendly and made me feel like I was in the right hands. Recommend 👍🏻
