I stayed in Crisis Residential for a month (I got an extended week) and I learned so much and had SUCH a great time, I HIGHLY recommend this place if you're in need of a timeout. Lots and lots of groups, very well structured, the rules are really easy to understand and follow, and the staff genuinely cares about how you're feeling during your stay as well. You get to see your psychiatrist once a week to make sure your medication is helping, and the psychiatrists they have on staff are wonderful, as well as your therapist and if you're in the substance abuse program, they're kind too, from what I've heard.

This is my 1st time at an inpatient facility, so there isn't a way for me to compare it to others. I have heard clients say that this is the nicest and best facility they have been to. The BHTs are all genuinely kind. My Case Manager was always on top of things that I needed help or guidance with. My Therapist was also amazing and I felt comfortable around everyone. This is not a 12 step program. Everyday we have classes to help us cope, learn about ourselves and what addiction is. Footprints has an amazing atmosphere.

I’ve been a patient here for over 5 years, and I have always had a positive experience with all staff. The facility is always clean and efficient, and providers are very thorough, kind, and professional. The phone system and online system work well too! Very convenient to do labs in house, and referrals sometimes take a few weeks but have all been very helpful!
