My experience here was very poor. The receptionist B & my therapist also B, would message during sessions about their book club & then began to both bully me. My therapist engaged in multiple acts of abusive behavior from raising her voice, to making reactive inappropriate comments. She followed this up with lying in my notes.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. I just got discharged today and I can’t stop replaying the stuff that happened. My first day there was awful. No one told me anything. I was left to figure everything out all by myself. I didn’t even get a room until it was bed time. The beds feel like gym mats. And the temperature in there felt like 20 degrees. But they don’t give you extra blankets or turn the heat up. And in the middle of the night you cant find any staff to open your bathroom. The second day was worse. You get locked in a room for 6 hours a day with a 30 minute lunch and dinner time. And 30 minutes in the gym after lunch and before dinner. And if you get hungry in between meals then you are out of luck because they rarely give you snacks. The staff there is absolutely awful. One night some girls hand was swollen and she was having a panic attack. They watched as she had a panic attack asking for help and they just stood there. And they made her sleep with her hand in pain and by the time I left around 12 she still hadn’t gotten any help for her hand. The whole experience was horrible and traumatic. The staff there was absolutely awful with just a few exceptions.
