This place is only about taking your money. They do not care if they mess up your paperwork and they will not give a refund especially when you brought in the state papers for them to fill out and they lied to you and tell you that they know what they’re doing, but their counselor doesn’t know what they’re doing at all. They even have residences that are living there for rehab treatment doing their paperwork and answering phones what a way to save him money because they are paying him like wow but this man that say he owns this says that he will not give me my money back he’s only about taking people’s money and he doesn’t give a crap about you and makes you think that you are this person that you’re not so would not recommend going there at all and the counselor doesn’t even speak our language and the whole place is really sketchy and the man also tried to tell me that I went somewhere else and they gave me what I wanted to hear and I didn’t want to accept the truth from them when they brainwash you they try to like really this man got jokes because I even called a made a police report on them you messed with the wrong one because if i was such as a person as they were trying to say then, how am I a CNA and how do I maintain a life and I never miss work and I put a roof over my family‘s head he also didn’t like that comment and hung up the phone on me

My turn to review… I get to do two as I’ve actually been through this program 3 times… one successfully 5 years ago and was way better. The second time 4 months ago I had to stop the program early due to audiology appointments and dealing with vertigo. Which means a few times I had to step out to make appointments calls or respond to my chart. Which was in advance, made aware that I was struggling with hearing issues and ringing and dizziness that was spiraling my panic attacks. They held all of that against me when I came back 4 months later for a fresh start and threatened to discharge me the first day for any future phone use.How encouraging. I also had one food delivery that went to the wrong desk… and this is the welcoming chat I got my first hour there in the program. Let’s not forget Bonnie starting me on EMDR and not keeping consistent appointments then leaving the practice.

You get what you go for. Had to stop taking one of my medications due to a reaction. Called and spoke with Jody who was supposed to speak with my Psychiatrist. Three days later with still no answers. Mental health isn’t a joke and they clearly like to play them.
