I have been having the pleasure of having Mrs Kimberly as my therapist. She give great insight and feedback on my problems and journey in where you trying to go. With her warm personality it’s easy to open up. So if you use thriveworks pick Mrs Kimberly.

Dr. Ahmed is fine. However, the office staff and billing department are awful. Office staff is consistently very rude and condescending. The way they just speak to you is plain out rude, even when you are just checking in. Let alone asking them for anything, like a change of address. I informed them my address changed more than once and that my insurance changed. They did not change it, continued to bill the wrong insurance numerous times, and continued sending bills to an address that I no longer lived at despite numerous times of me informing them I do not live there. To top it off, they sent me to collection over bills I never received. I called numerous times to inquire, and I never received a call back. When I finally got a hold of somebody, they were really rude and condescending and hung up on me. As per the norm there, bills come a minimum of a few months after services. I left the office over a year ago, and it has clearly gone downhill from there. Due to the terrible office service, I would certainly not recommend anybody go there.

I was very fortunate to have found Sandra H. Kath-Lanterman by chance. She is very professional yet seems to be your friend at the same time. She has made a difference in my life. I know she will continue to touch others lives for the good if they give her a chance. The Summit Counseling Group is lucky to have her as a member of their staff.
