Mental Health Providers in Denton, Maryland

I liked it at first but now it is just different. I have Lantz for my therapist. Very nice lady and very understanding. The place itself isn't good. They have told me over email that I was getting kicked out in other words because of me missing an appointment which I had already canceled two weeks prior. I had to call and tell them that I did not receive anything in the mail or any text messages stating this was taking place. I found out through my email day of. Time passes and things get sorted out. But now I got a notice in the mail stating I missed my appointment. I had told the lady a week or two ago not to schedule me any appointments for the time being because I had just lost a family member and in the middle of moving to a different county. I also had a phone that broke so the only way I knew I had this appointment still was through my email. I called and told the lady to not reschedule me for another appointment because of the no internet issues not a proper phone to use and the lack of transportation. I then just called them and they said they would let my therapist know but they don't know how she would feel about it. I feel as though they are not very understanding towards what their patients have going on causing them to not be at their appointments.
