Today was my son first appointment finally from his original appointment was January due to the weather we had to reschedule. Today’s visit was nice and pleasant and my son felt comfortable talking to her. She gave us a outstanding service with just talking to her and meeting her for the first time

Front desk needs more training on how to talk to patients, they are very dismissive and unsympathetic and rude. You are working with individuals with mental health complications, be nicer.. don’t be another reason for your patient to feel worse.
