Writing this very frustrated with ABH. My therapist was 30mins late to first appointment. Made the second one from his car at his son's football game bc he forgot about scheduling appointment. 4th appointment was cancelled maybe an hour before our scheduled time. And today another no show. I was very clear about wanting a regular time slot weekly that was never received, always a different time and different day. I was seeking help with anxiety, stresses and concerns about career choices and money. I feel like I spent hundreds of dollars that I didn't want to spend in an attempt to prioritize my mental health; it is taking advantage of people in crisis. I feel robbed and am ultimately more anxious and frustrated with my choices. The opposite of why I saught out ABH. I will be looking elsewhere.
