F.s.s has been amazing, I have been working with Barb for a year and a half now, and she has been amazing. The office is clean and welcoming and friendly, Kayla is an absolute doll at the front desk. Beware for you and your loved ones’ sake. Do not think you are going to get the help you need from these people if you or a loved one is struggling with an unidentified mental health disorder. All the legwork is left up to the guardian. I think they owe my sister back pay for having done their jobs for them on behalf of our brother, who has been passed from facility to facility for going on two years now and still has no concrete diagnosis, care plan, or permanent residence that fits his needs. I think CMH is in part responsible for his rapid decline due to their lack of action and the people employed there not knowing how to do their actual jobs.
