Customer service is snarky and talked with and entitled attitude. I have been going here for years and no mater the time of year, time of day, the customer service in person and over the phone is always the same. People with an attitude of not wanting to be there and like your questions are stupid. If you don’t know how to talk to people, I really suggest a better job. If you have anxiety about making appointments, dealing with the front desk, and constantly, this place is a nightmare.
