Never being in a recovery program before, I wasn't sure what to expect. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Everyone was so professional with ensuring I had all the information needed to start my journey to recovery without being nervous about not knowing what to do. They never made me feel like I should be embarrassed or ashamed. They really get to know you, so they can better help you. I would recommend to anyone that needs help to come to Victory clinic in Battle Creek. You won't regret it!!

I would not recommend going to this location for any mental health service. The receptionist is completely unprofessional and rude, she basically shamed me for confirming if billing was correct for my appointment. I had an issue with the met deductible transferring to my updated account and was estimated to have to pay $500 for services. When this issue was resolved through the insurance company I called to see how much I would have to pay, the receptionist proceeded to shame me for not being willing to pay $500 because "other people have to pay like $3,200, 500 is not bad." Sorry that I simply did not want to have to overpay for overpriced health care. I also missed a call to schedule an appointment to go over my psychological testing and have attempted to call back 3 times with no response to the messages I left in their voicemail.
