I started going to Hope and Wellness to see Ryan in 2017. His approach to healing has helped me become more self-aware and loving to myself. I love that he provided exercises during our sessions! Never experienced that before with other therapists. It was extremely helpful. Hope and Wellness will always be my top recommendation for therapy.

They can regurgitate and try to implement what they have learned and seen as a successful, but the issues which led to my 2 star rating are: the methods being recommended were not followed. Listen to understand first. Many sessions seemed like they became more argumentative. Their perception vs mine. My perception is mine and that's what I'm trying to work on so telling me you disagree isn't anywhere else as helpful as helping me understand the flaws in the logic.
