I had a great experience in the beginning but this place is trash. I went to the Englewood location for awhile and it’s not the best place to be. Too much drama and there is a liquor right next door (that’s not a great place for people who have an alcoholism problem, and no judgement here). Then I went to the Dumont location which wasn’t any better. When I first enrolled, I received a letter in the mail saying I did not comply when lo and behold the people at Vantage never forwarded my information and almost made my situation worse. Don’t go to this place. Team Management is a great place in Hackensack, NJ. Follow through with them, not Vantage UPDATE! 11/2023 STILL THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE. The comment underneath from Vantage is probably just an automated message because they cannot be bothered with anything. They sit there and get paid to answer a phone… anyone with common sense can do that, and common sense is clearly not common. My counselor would not accommodate with my meetings weekly because I finally got a job. Well thank you Mr. Sanchez because at team management, they are WAY BETTER PEOPLE and always on top of their stuff. Not once did a get s letter in the mail saying I failed to comply because at age “forgot and was so sorry for not forwarding the information” when I first started with them. Do not waste your time, insurance, etc on this place. TEAM MANAGEMENT IN HACKENSACK IS THE BEST!!!! Most helpful people in the world. And whoever commented before, please reevaluate yourself. The person I am right now is not the person I was attending. Anyway I am way better, counselors are better at Team Management. PLEASE GO THERE! GET HELP IF YOU NEED!
