I don't leave reviews but I have to with this one. I have tried so many rehabs been in jail and still couldn't get clean. I heard about NewLife and gave it a try it was the best thing that happened to me. I'm clean, got 3 years. This place is amazing the nurses the doctors the therapist and the office ladies are so caring and loving they actually care about you and it shows. If your struggling with addiction I recommend New Life 100%. They saved my life.

What Genesis counselors and administrators lack in professionalism, they make up for it by their lack of honest communication. This business is clearly modeled to take your insurance money, and true help is not in their paraprofessional skill set or interests. I was remanded to complete a 30 day program, when that goal was successfully met, Genesis became dismissive, unclear with solid treatment plans and then stopped communicating altogether. It's poorly managed, shoddily run and has constant turnover. Shameful business practices given their intended purpose. And if you enjoy your healthcare to be held in confidence, you can assure it won't be.

I graduated from peak back in January of 2025. I had a truly life-changing experience in the environment provided. It was my first experience with Therapy as a practice, and I was in this program for roughly four months if not a little more. My group mates were some of the most relatable people, hearing other’s stories and life experiences placed more emphasis on a need for gratitude and less of a need for ego and self-importance. Peak taught me that your healing is the adventure of your life that is ongoing and the tools they arm you with are only as good as your discipline and willingness to use them. I loved the staff and the therapists and specialists that came and engaged with us as well! To my group mates and therapists, I’m truly sorry our time has ended but I want to express my deepest gratitude for your time, love, patience and skills imparted unto me through the program. I deeply encourage everyone who is interested in doing group therapy to do NIGHTS since we were the best groups 😊
