My counselor was great and so was the psychiatrist I saw. Due to unforeseen circumstances I wasn’t able to attend 2 follow ups I had scheduled due to being short staffed at work. When I called to get a refill the nurse informed that because of that they wouldn’t refill my anxiety medication and said “a lot of people work and still make their appointments” she made me feel like a horrible person AND caused me a large amount of anxiety. My meditation was out in 3 days and they can’t get me in for 2 MONTHS. Very disappointed in the lack of empathy from a MENTAL HEALTH NURSE.
