When it comes to the counselor’s, they are fantastic. You can tell that they are really truly in it to win it so to speak they really are trying to help people when it comes to the doctors. The jury is still out…:. One of the doctors they are very kind hearted soft-spoken woman, but she refers back to the main doctor on every single thing which also takes extra time so if you need to go in for something you have to see her and then she has to go through him and because he doesn’t see many patients, he really doesn’t understand what’s happening And if he does, then that means that they’re not doing a good job… I have been sent back to my primary care multiple times have multiple tests still in withdrawal every single day and they know it and don’t seem to care…. Going back to my primary care multiple times and even my primary care does not understand what they are doing at that facility adding in multiple medication’s and meanwhile still every single day having to go through hell…. After 20 years of sobriety

Place is a joke. Came here for help with mental health. Said I had to go to 3 appts before seeing the Dr. And getting help with my medication refills. Went to three appts over 4 weeks because of no availability in their scheduling. On the 3rd appt when I was supposed to see my therapist and the dr. They accidentally only booked the therapist and not the Dr. Appt. Even though I spoke with the receptionist about this very thing. So now after 3 appts in 4 weeks they want me to wait a month until seeing a provider. Total run around, Thanks for the help! Update they called me and got me into there fulton office thank god!
