Mental Health Providers in Plattsburgh, New York

I recently stayed in the newly opened intensive crisis stabilization center secondary to health challenges which impacted my mental health greatly. Although it’s a new facility, staff were kind, patient, and took the time to help me feel safe and comfortable despite stressors and navigating a new program. Counselors and the psych NP were thoughtful and helped give feedback I could take into consideration in my life and my own mental health treatment and recovery. I am thankful to have had them as a support during a hard time.

The level of complete disregard and neglectfulness is astonishing. I have never had to deal with an office dropping the ball so many times and just point blank not doing their job. The director Richelle is rude and takes zero accountability for the office and staff, not only would I not recommend but I will be reporting this facility
