Mental Health Providers in Austintown, Ohio

I’ve been seeing Brandy for quite a few years and have not had any problems (or so I thought) however, Kim, the so called office manager is nothing but a problem. Considering she works closely with the mental health population, you would think she would be a little nicer. Not so much. Her ignorance and rudeness goes beyond any I’ve ever experienced. When asking for Brandy to call me ASAP because I’m having an emergency, she says “I’m not telling her anything, you can go to an emergency room”. Are you kidding me??? She proceeded to tell me how she’s 60 years old (as if that mattered) and that I could talk to her when I have an appt in 2 days. So when I show up at the day and time I was told, Kim says I missed my appt, that it was earlier in the day and not the time I showed up. I also work in a physician office and know the difference between 2 and 240. I’m in awe at the unprofessional manor in which she conducted herself and the fact that she is an office manager. That behavior would never be accepted in the office I work nor in any other dr office that I have ever been in. Thank goodness I wasn’t someone on the verge of suicide because that could’ve been exactly what pushed me off the edge and it’s sad that no one in that office could recognize that. I will be moving on to better options.

Disgusting and rude receptionists.

Used to go here, for many years. Company is disorganized, calling in is a joke, constant turnover, sort of a pain and suffering mill going there. If you stay a few rounds, great for them and if you bolt, they know they have 25,000 more mentally ill in the area. Waiting room is dirty and trashy, this is not a welcominig environment.
