Mental Health Providers in Chardon, Ohio

I see Tanya Fox as a psych NP at Ravenwood, and she is a complete godsend. She spent so much time and effort with me to reach a diagnosis, when I first showed up a year ago feeling upset and uncertain about everything. She is very patient, sympathetic, and reassuring. She’s great at listening to you and adapting to your concerns. She does a wonderful job at answering your questions and making sure you feel good about your treatment plan. She’s very welcoming, approachable, and available. She clearly is very knowledgeable and has well-thought-out Plan A’s, Plan B’s, (etc. as needed) so you can always stay hopeful. I just cannot say enough nice things about her. I’m so glad I found her.

This is the worst place someone new to recovery could ever go. The staff is confrontational and certain members are on a power trip and will threaten jail when NO ONE who is employed there is qualified or has earned the right to use such language. You would have better luck staying sober at a trap house rather than using this agency. Please for the love of god people are dying from this disease. Find staff members who have a clue about what it takes to help someone into recovery!!

The care giver that is helping my mother called to get assistance,they needed to call me , because I'm a power of attorney a week later they finally called . They lady told me nope they can't do nothing my mom's bed ridden 79 years old . Why do they even say they help the elderly? I'm starting to get real aggravated all these organizations say they help the elderly. Even the insurances say they help out with supplies you call them up to find how to go about doing it they say nope we don't cover nothing . Very very aggravating!!
