This organization it's worth the time. My girlfriend was struggling with severe anxiety and depression and needed help. She came in for an evaluation and for months she's just been ran around and been labeled a alcoholic and sent to AA meetings which made her lose the job at Honda. They said they would be able to help get her back to work and they didn't. The completely fell through and ruined her to the point where she cannot function at all... Do not go here if you need actual help. They are a waste of tax payers money.

I was not satisfied at all with my intake experience with DeCoach. I understand that low income and free clinics tend to have less resources, but I am very concerned about the patients that are treated there. I will have access to better insurance soon. Many will not. I was told that my intake would be in person so I went to the Fairborn location expecting to meet face to face with a provider. I was put into an exam room with a laptop and had my mental health intake over Microsoft Teams. I then had the same experience for my substance abuse evaluation, except my clinician Ashley Fisher was vaping frequently during the entire process on camera. I think it is horrifically unprofessional in any setting to do this, but I was especially disgusted that this happened during the substance abuse evaluation. I have a history of nicotine use and was experiencing emotional distress. It was very triggering. I reported this behavior and I have not heard back about any disciplinary action. I do not feel that any of my responses to the questions asked during the intake were taken seriously. Because I wasn’t suicidal, I’m assuming that my case was made into a lower priority. I called two weeks after my initial appointment and they still had yet to match me with a provider. It was also unclear as to what level of care was recommended once they did match me with someone. I asked for details about what types of therapy were recommended, and what approaches would be taken regarding my diagnoses and they couldn’t tell me anything helpful besides “she’s licensed.” I am seeking mental healthcare somewhere else.

Happy new year. This past year has been full of so many obstacles. Some more difficult than others to overcome, yet with the right people being placed in my life at the right time, all these obstacles have been overcome. i want to thank the previous manager and the Full Circle Staff at Fairborn location for the support and direction that they gave me. As a recent graduate i was blessed to have an amazing group of staff members show me so much. i would give a 5 star review all day long. They respected and loved me until i was able to respect and love myself. i was so lost when i came to Full Circle. Honestly, i had no intentions on staying but i thank God for Rick, Regina, Kensy and the rest of the staff that saw something in me when i couldn't see it myself. They challenged me. It wasn't easy but it was worth it. They showed me that i mattered, that i have value, and that i am worthy of a better life. Sadly there has been a lot of changes at this location and not for the better. Under new management many of us have watched the staff be bullied and we have all heard homophobic derogatory remarks from Miron about the sexual orientation of one of my brothers here. Several of us have relayed these statements to the current staff but we have been told that it has been passed on and there is nothing else they can do. There is a since of constant fear in this building now. So many people are leaving and relapsing. i have overheard the staff talking about wanting to leave. When we can't trust the staff and the staff can't trust the boss, there is a problem. If the staff doesn't want to stay why would we? Now that i have graduated, i am no longer afraid to speak up. i am not afraid of Miron or his prejudice threatening scare tactics walking around acting like a CO. i am not afraid to do what is right. i no my worth and my value and i won't be bullied. The staff might not be able to speak out on our behalf but we can.
