I feel I have the best Dr Kathryn Smith. I look forward too seeing her. This is my happy place even though I have a problem. She makes you feel at ease, comfortable. Her smile tells me she's there to listen and help me . I thank God for her because I look forward every time. Thank you and God bless you!

I went to the hospital through the ER. I was treated with kindness and respect throughout my stay. I was an inpatient from Wednesday to Sunday and had several different nurses and aides over those days. I had surgery and my comfort was a primary goal throughout. I was taught what I needed to take care of myself at home. When I could finally eat solid food, it was very good and the staff was kind. Overall a great experience as far as hospital stays go!👍

Pediatrician Gawrys-Strand is great and deserves 5 stars, but the nurses here are hit or miss. Most have been amazing, but we’ve had really bad experiences with two nurses here so far. One nurse, a few months ago, kept making pretty rude and insensitive comments about how she “could never do twins” and “better you than me” and “twins would be the worst” as if she wasn’t talking about my actual children who I love dearly. A separate nurse during our most recent visit dropped one of my baby’s head (while I was holding her twin) on the edge of the metal scale! I’m still angry about this and don’t know what to do. I’m glad she’s okay but she was very scared and THATS MY BABY and I’m angry because there’s YOU SHOULD NOT WORK AROUND KIDS IF YOU ARE CARELESS AROUND KIDS. That same nurse was very cold-mannered and didn’t apologize at all. Thankfully a really wonderful nurse stepped in and took over (she was dressed as Wonder Woman for Halloween) and she was very empathetic of the situation and, if I’m honest she helped calm both my babies down AND me, because I was livid. But nurse with short curly brown hair—don’t trust her around your kids.
