Mental Health Providers in Westerville, Ohio

I would like to begin this by stating that for my protection, I wish to remain anonymous in this report. 1. This place has countlessly exhibited gross negligence, exemplified by the lack of accountability pertaining to counselors, inappropriate behaviors by nurses, and general disregard, as shown by the front desk. Examples: A. Mistakes made with prescription medications. B. Counselors that make harsh judgement calls, and leaving clients to their own devices over weekends, which could lead to suicide/ hospitalization- while said counselors continue to go to their comfy little offices. B. Knowledge of susceptible mental states of clients, and not maintaining communication in a timely manner. 2. Inappropriate commentary/ emotional abuse by staff to patients, as well as timeless examples of sexual harassment by staff to clients. 3.Punitively using information by the client as blackmail to justify emotional abuse, silencing clients who try to report issues, and in turn, weaponizing mental health conditions for character assassination, to perpetuate further abuse. 4. One upmanship/verbal abuse by staff as a means of establishing and maintaining control of clients. 5. Errors in medication, followed by the front desk hanging up. To all existing or future clients here, please do not let this agency abuse you. Also, disregard their additional responses/ commentary. They do not understand the concept of personal accountability, and will proceed to shift blame. I’d tell them to look in the mirror, but I think they do that enough already.
