Refuses to take insurance unless you force them to because “it probably won’t cover your expenses.” Receptionists act like their job is a burden, doctors refuse to listen to you and just give you more medicine, therapists treat you cruel and never listen to you, and God forbid you miss one appointment for any reason because then you have to start the whole process over again before they even consider seeing you. Better off saving your money as this place is a piece of trash establishment with no care for their patients.

I’m sorry but the fact they will only help people with Medicaid is kind of sickening and seems like a Medicaid scheme. Refusing to help someone who is willing and able to pay out of pocket because they don’t have Medicaid is sad. I willingly went to counseling there after a drug and alcohol assessment where they told me to just keep doing what I already was and it was up to me if I wanted mental health counseling with them, it wasn’t drug addiction treatment.but they called me in for random drugs test for regular mental health counseling and reported me to cps when I stopped going even though it was a requirement for cps or a requirement they even recommended. They both said it was up to me because I was already in a program. So trying to get me in trouble with cps over something I wasn’t required to do was also kind of sad.

I had hand surgery Feb 12th and everyone from the Nurses who drew blood to the Anesthesiologist who chatted with me were all amazing. They were careful drawing blood as they knew I did not like needles and they kept me informed along the way. The process was pretty smooth from the time I walked in until I was discharged, everyone took good care of me. 10/10 would recommend Thank you for taking good care of me!!
