When I came to this clinic over a year ago, I was very sick. I was, at the time, a person with undiagnosed clinical depression, uncontrolled anxiety, and severe suicidal thoughts. I was too sick to attend classes. I was self-harming and a danger to myself. Without this clinic, I wouldn't be here today. Without my amazingly kind, clever, and supportive skills trainer, I would not be a whole human for the first time in my life. I cannot believe how much I have changed and grown over the past few months, and I cannot wait to see where life takes me now that I can actually see a future of joy.
