They do their best to help. Biggest problem is the extremely high turn over rate of case workers/service providers. It makes it hard for kids to build trust and to get consistent care. Wish they would quit hiring these kids fresh out of college that see this job as a stepping stone, and bring in a bunch of seasoned workers that genuinely care and want to be there. They are making improvements and some of the recent hires are excellent!! The nurses are sweet and really good ladies and Dr. Lineback is so smart and great with my kids! Dr. Faust is an absolute pompous a** and cares about his ego, nothing else.
